From referral to move-in, we've made the process as easy as possible for residents and the partners who support them.
Submit a Referral or Apply
Case managers, social workers, or individuals can reach out by phone or through our contact form. Tell us a little about the person's situation and housing needs.
Eligibility Review
We review the referral to confirm the individual meets our eligibility criteria — including commitment to our alcohol and drug free environment and independent living guidelines.
Room Placement
Once approved, we match the resident to an available room in one of our homes based on location, availability, and fit with current housemates.
Move-In Ready
The room is fully furnished and all utilities are included. Residents can move in quickly — often within days of approval — with everything they need already in place.
Ongoing Support
Our management team stays accessible. We maintain the homes, address concerns promptly, and work to ensure every resident feels safe and respected.
